The App allows you to review, keep, and delete photos stored on your device.
You are responsible for reviewing photos before deletion. Deleted photos may be recoverable only according to iOS/Photos behavior (for example, Recently Deleted), and may become permanently unrecoverable after final removal.
The App may offer premium features through either auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases ("lifetime access").
Subscriptions:
Subscriptions are billed by Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Lifetime Access:
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase that grants access to premium features for the lifetime of the App, subject to continued availability of the App and its services.
This purchase does not renew automatically.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data resulting from use of the App.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes are effective when posted on this page.
